Do you believe that beauty starts inside, and it glows outside? So, does it mean that if you don't have that inside beauty, nothing to glow? 3.Wash your face and remove make ups before going to sleep

4.Proper dressing

5.Avoid staying longer under the sun but if necessary, apply sun block
